Spiritual meditation

Osho is the best known spiritual meditator of all times. He was born in the 1930s in India and in 1974 he established a center for spiritual meditation and self discovery in Pune, India

Spiritual meditation means focusing on the spirit, connecting with the spirit, with God or a higher-self. It can be extremely relaxing and exceptionally rewarding. The more you practice meditation, the stronger your bonds become with our spirit. It can be done by developing awareness, harmony and natural order into life through meditation. There are several techniques that can be used to achieve this. One of these techniques is mindfulness meditation, which you can read about elsewhere on this site. This technique involves learning how to be aware about the things that one does and the things that is happening around at the very moment.

Transcendental meditation (TM) is another spiritual meditation type. This type of meditation helps one attain enlightenment if practiced on the long term, and helps increase intelligence and creativity.

It is not easy to master these different types of spiritual meditation types. Focusing on one thing can be hard, due to the outside influences as well as our mind being full of worry, problems and stress. However, regular practice and habit will make any of these spiritual meditation types a regular part of your life, allowing you to achieve a higher sense of consciousness that may help you attain inner peace.
